I RECEIVED MY FIRST CALL TODAY!!!!

yeah, receive my very first call today... never haave any experience talking with a customer over a phone before... feeling is kinda of weird and VERY KANJiONG!!!! but have to get over this anyway, so in anyway no matter how can i escape frm it, i still nid to ans call... so jux when mostly went for their lunch, daryl ask me to ans call and he will guide me through... haha... tats multi-purpose sia.. while listening to e customer, i still have to listen to what he say... and i cant uds him most of e time... lolx... poor him... he has to repeat again and again...

btw, daryl is my mentor cum "senior" and i was attached to him to guide me throughhout the training... what i have to no, how shld i deal with e calls, how to use the system, noe abt e taxes e charges and e air flights price.. there's so many to go in lor... though he this mentor "bu zhe me yang" but he is actually a patient and nice chap actually... lolx... we are actually 2 months age difference... haha... he don't really look like 89 year one... cox he kinda of mature when he is handing e calls... guess this is wat we call train chu lai de... haha...glad tat i attach to him oso... cox he jux like fren fren tok to u tell u wat to do more friendly i can sae... while others are abit strict and serious.. haha... hope tat after some times some days, i can manage e calls as well as them too... haha...

today, jux got to noe tat im e replacement so i will be attach to sch for 2 days as well... den abit sianx cox replacement can be gd or bad lah... haha... hmmm.. tats abt it for today!!!

ps:a big thank you to daryl for this two days... doubt he will able to see it... lolx.. but nvm... haha...
